Double Preacher Cable Curl | Bicep Workouts

This bicep workout is a curl on the cable preacher machine where you will utilize both handles to do both arms at the same time. Focus on bringing your arms up evenly so that the arm strength in both of your arms can grow evenly. Also, make sure to keep your shoulders back and keep your upper arms on the pad. This bicep workout is aimed at targeting the short bicep head specifically. As always when performing any bicep workout, make sure you maintain good form and really allow your bicep to get the full benefit from the bicep workout.
