False Expectations

Before we jump into this ridiculous post and why it is so wrong for so many reasons, I just want to let you know that this is actually exactly why we created this website. When we decided to create a website like this, we knew that so many people would judge everything we were doing and a lot of people would say “those guys are not bodybuilders and therefore they should not be giving anyone else advice.” To those people, I have to give a big “fuck off,” because those are the kinds of people that are usually on steroids and have horrible technique when working out. We quickly realized that a lot of the biggest guys we see in the gym actually suck at working out, but they have great genes, take steroids, or their diet just gives them results that allow them to grow. We knew that we needed to create a site that was realistic and did not present false expectations. When you start off on a journey into a new gym regimen thinking that you are going to reach these unrealistic results that are far from typical, you will most likely end up quitting because you will begin to feel that you are not seeing the progress you thought you would see. You will definitely see results, and great ones, but it will take time and dedication. You will not look like a perfectly toned sex-machine 24/7 though, and especially within such a short period of time.

Alright, without further explaining why you need to be very cautious of the advertisements, pictures, and videos you see out there in fitness magazines and on websites, here are some interesting pieces of information we have come across that you need to see.
